The festive season is in full swing. There’s a literal blizzard (almost) outside my window and I’ve already consumed a generous supply of minced pies, chocolates and most drinks that are spiced or mulled. Needless to say my November wrap-up is not the most timely. I know. I’m rubbish. Ironically this is my first post in December, but I’m spending the rest of the afternoon writing and scheduling so that my December wrap-up won’t be the winter equivalent of tumbleweed in the desert (…a snowball in the Arctic?). Hello, it’s me. I haven’t done a WWW Wednesday since the middle of October which seems shocking. I have been reading, I swear – but I read a couple of manuscripts during my internship that I can’t really talk about, so I’ll stick to the books I have read.
